We're seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Clinical Developer (RCD) to join our leadership team at Dental Depot DFW . In this pivotal role, you'll serve as a clinical operations leader and liaison between our executive team and RDA staff across multiple locations.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and mentor Lead RDAs and dental assistant teams
• Oversee daily clinical operations and compliance across offices
• Manage budgets for labs, supplies, equipment, and training
• Implement training programs and drive professional development
• Ensure exceptional patient experiences and streamlined clinical workflows
• Serve as the go-to clinical resource for doctors, PMs, and staff
