Requirements Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Ontario OR is seeking a locum OBGYN provider to fill their need! amp Hospital CallOB GYN Full ScopeLow volume with rare Call Back Dates Needed coverage needed Client wants to review providers that can cover at least 14 shifts in a row per month will NOT be responsible for supervising other providersEMR: EPICFull Scope OB/GYN. The facility has a 10-bed LDRP Labor Delivery Recovery and Postpartum Unit with a 2-bed newborn nursery.Annual delivery rate of 400 babies Travel - 750/round trip cap to include all taxes and feesLodging - 179/night cap for hotels to include all taxes and fees. Preferred Lodging: Candlewood Suites Boise – Towne Square an IHG Hotel.Rental Car - To be reimbursed by facility not to be used with personal car/mileage reimbursement. 50/day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved will only be approved if needed for inclement weather.Mileage - IRS Standard Rate to be reimbursed by facility only to be used with personal vehicle not to be used with rental car.
