Job Title : CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. As a CNC Machinist, you will take part in the full lifecycle of manufacturing, from interpreting blueprints and job orders to ordering parts and setting up CNC machines. This role involves the operation and setup of CNC mills and lathes, ensuring precision and quality through first article inspection and machine changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, primarily 2-4 axis machines.
• Interpret blueprints and job orders, ordering necessary parts and materials.
• Perform first article inspections using micrometers and calipers to ensure precision.
• Conduct machine changeovers and maintain machinery for optimal performance.
• Create and adjust CNC programs using G-code and M-code.
• Ensure the machining of parts meets tight tolerances and quality standards.

Work Environment

Work in a well-organized CNC machine shop equipped with the latest technology. Our facility is clean, well-lit, and optimized for safety, providing a great environment for both day and night shifts. The team operates Monday through Friday, with potential overtime on Saturdays, and shift differentials are provided for night shifts. Employees are encouraged to wear provided work shirts and utilize a $100 voucher towards work boots.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Hamilton County, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50336.00 - $57200.00 / yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Fishers,IN.
