We are searching for the best talent for an Operations Lead, Digital & Automation to be located in Malvern, PA. This is a hybrid position that requires you to be onsite at least 3 days a week.

Purpose :

The Strategic Operations Lead will serve as a key partner to the Digital and Automation leadership team, driving strategic execution, digital portfolio management, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and is passionate about enabling digital transformation through change management and strong partnerships.

You will be responsible for :

Strategic Planning & Execution :

  • Support leadership team in the development, execution and tracking of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and implement digital solutions and dashboards to enhance team productivity
  • Facilitate leadership team meetings, workshops, presentations, and discussions to drive decision making and efficiency.

Digital Portfolio and Program Management :

  • Manage digital project portfolios, including prioritization, milestone tracking, and resource alignment.
  • Drive adoption of digital tools and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs, risks, and ensure delivery of high-priority programs supporting innovation and digital goals.
  • Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic operations, digital portfolio management, or process improvement within pharma, biotech, or healthcare.
  • Strong project management skills and problem solving using new systems.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Power BI, Spotfire / Tableau and collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent communication, change management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
