Role Overview
At least 5 years of successful selling experience in the southern China region. Focus on semiconductor industry, preferably audio & thermal technology. History of working with large companies such as Harman, Vivo, OPPO, etc. Experience with ODMs in the Southern China area and with multiple distributors in territory. Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Mandarin, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Strong analytical skills and customer‑service orientation. Strong multi‑tasking skills, time management and attention to detail. Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment.
