Hospitalist Physician

Position : Hospitalist Location : Wilmington, North Carolina - New facility opening April / May 2026 Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Overview :

• Join an established, growing team of physicians and APPs serving northern New Hanover and eastern Pender counties.
• Ideal candidates have admission experience, flexibility, and the ability to work weekends and nights (11-hour shifts).Opportunity Highlights :
• Inpatient care in a closed ICU with 24 / 7 tele-intensivist support and daily onsite pulmonary coverage.Candidate Qualifications :
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Graduate of an accredited school of medicineResponsibilities & Schedule :
• Rounding / admitting with round-robin approach until 2 p.m., then MD and APP coverage
• Day shift with 7 on / 7 off schedule
• Rotation of 1-5 through mid-shift (2 p.m.-12 a.m.)Compensation & Benefits :
