CWR-Warehouse Associate I

Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a CWR-Warehouse Associate I to join their team. As a CWR-Warehouse Associate I, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Houston, TX

Shift : Monday - Friday 4pm-1am and Sunday - Thursday 4pm-1am

What's the Job?

Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing orders to sales associates for processing

Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and / or shipped

Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic

Complete work in a safe manner; adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed

What's Needed?

Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds

Basic written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer skills

Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

Experience loading and unloading trailers and using handheld scanners is a plus
