Job description
An International Forwarder is looking for Japanese Bilingual Import Agent.
- Check and handle shipping documents (Invoice, Packing Lists., etc.)
- Input shipment data into internal systems
- Assist with tracking cargo and reporting status updates
- Arranging Customs clearance and delivery
- Processing of payment for import charge and generating invoices to customers by utilizing our system
- Communicate with shipping companies, truckers and the various branches within the company (under guidance) Logistics experience is welcome but not required.
- Communication skills
- PC Skills with Word, Excel, Power point etc
- Skills to manage transportation schedules
- Accuracy in data entry Japanese - business level Powered by JazzHR
