Regional Class A (CDL-A) Driver — Recent Graduates Encouraged

Position summary : 10-4 Logistics USA seeks Class A (CDL-A) drivers for regional dry-van routes serving areas east of I-35. This role offers structured regional schedules, paid mentor-led in-cab training, operation of late-model automatic tractors, and consistent, predictable freight.

Freight : 100% no-touch

Drop-and-hook : Approximately 60% of loads

Training : Paid mentor-led in-cab training

Equipment : Late-model automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors

Home time : Typically two days every other week

Compensation and schedule

Paid in-cab training : $650 per week during a four-week mentor-led training period

Base pay after training : $0.55 to $0.65 per mile, based on experience

Performance bonus : $0.04 to $0.06 per mile, paid monthly

Equipment and operation

• 100% no-touch dry-van freight
• Approximately 60% drop-and-hook loads
• Late-model automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors, fully equipped
