At MKBC, we save lives every day by providing blood products to hospitals in PA and NJ. The Lead Staff (Lead Phlebotomist) position supports the Blood Center by collecting blood donations (blood and blood products) safely from volunteer donors in a compassionate and professional manner. The Lead Staff ensures all staff are following procedures and representing the Blood Center in the best way possible. The anticipated hourly range starts at $21.28-31.83 per hour and is commensurate with experience. In addition, Miller-Keystone offers the following to all full-time employees :

What you will be doing :

• Lead, Mentor, Train and be a Role Model for Fixed and Mobile Site Staff
• Ensure staff provide Excellent Customer Service
• Actively plans, prioritizes, sets goals, and establishes staff assignments and communicates shift expectations for staff.
• Responsible for all activities, supplies, and equipment required for a successful collection event and ensures events operate safely, smoothly, and efficiently.
• Review daily QC for accuracy and completion.
• Ensures staff follows all policies and procedures
