Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Coordinate and manage financial statement audits, acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and support for financial decision-making.
• Ensure the integrity of financial data by maintaining robust internal controls.
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance to the accounting team, fostering growth and development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains compliant.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting department.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
• Extensive experience in managing month-end close processes.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and audits.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
