Summary

The Senior Manager of Field Finance – West Region reports directly to the Director of DTS Finance – West Region. This role provides financial analysis and support for the monthly close process, annual business plan, and new business opportunities to the West Operations team.

Job Description

As the Senior Manager of Field Finance – West Region, you will provide monthly close support, develop forecasting and budgeting, and oversee the collection of accounts receivable. You will translate corporate financial policies into actionable controls, drive Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance for revenue recognition, and support analysis of proposed new business opportunities, including pricing optimization and customer proposal development.

Essential Functions

• Month‑End Closing and budget tracking
• Forecasting and budget development for new business and existing operations
• Explain variances versus forecast, prior year, and capture billing opportunities
• Lead finance support staff development and full financial training for operations personnel
• Ensure Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance for revenue recognition and contractual terms
• Translate, communicate, and implement corporate financial policies, guidelines, procedures, and controls
• Oversee collection of accounts receivable
• Support analysis of proposed new business, including pricing, deal structure, and negotiation
• Provide detailed budget tracking for new business startups
• Supervise an analyst and develop technical, process, and leadership competencies
