Orthopedic Surgery

  • Hospital employed
  • $1M guaranteed base salary plus wRVU bonus plan
  • $150k commencement bonus
  • $100k retention bonus
  • Call 1 : 3
  • Paid call includes trauma coverage and it is equally shared amongst the group
  • Opportunities for upper extremities, sports surgery, and complex revisions
  • Hand Surgeon on staff
  • Support structure includes a NP, Nurse and CNA per MD
  • Busy from day one
