What you'll be doing :
- Strong technical skills as well as the ability to interface with clients
- Consult with client to determine project scope, requirements, budget and timeline
- Generate work plans, fee proposals and project schedules in response to client’s request
- Develop and execute contracts
- Establish both quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives for each project
- Foster a collaborative work environment
- Provide direction, technical advice and guidance for the development of the project including the construction documents, coordination with consultants
- Provide training, support and mentoring to team members, as well as participating in professional development reviews
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with teammates, consultants, contractors and agencies
- Develop relationships with clients and identify opportunities
What we're looking for :
Degree (BA) in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent8+ years project management experience within commercial, mission critical, etcMore reasons to apply :
