Overview

A growing organization in the infrastructure and manufacturing space is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join its onsite finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in public accounting or corporate finance who are ready to take ownership of complex accounting functions and contribute to strategic financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
• Oversee general ledger maintenance and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments
• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
• Review and improve accounting procedures and internal controls
• Mentor junior accounting staff and support cross-functional collaboration
• Participate in special projects and financial reporting enhancements
