Job descriptionDraft estimates and scopes of work. Find quality subcontractors and vendor resources. Supervise subcontractors and daily site operations. Update clients and insurance carriers on project progress. Ensure quality and final signoff. 2+ years in construction or disaster restoration project management. Familiarity with Xactimate, insurance protocols. Exceptional client relations and organizational skills. This position could be ideal for a semi-retired contractor Salary base + bonuses, DOE. Paid holidays, sick leave, medical / dental / vision plans available 401k and Profit Share after 1 year Ongoing training and professional development. Company vehicle to drive during business hours

Job Summary
Oversee all phases of fire, water, mold, and storm damage reconstruction projects. This position will take the job as a hand-off from the Mitigation Project Manager and see the reconstruction process through from estimate to the final walk through.
