Technical Product Marketing Director – Marketing Cloud

We are looking for a Technical Product Marketing Director to join our Marketing Cloud team! This is an opportunity that allows you to exercise your strategic vision, storytelling skills, and technical expertise. Technical Product Marketers are storytellers : simplifying complex concepts, crafting stories that are human and easy to relate to, highlighting customer success, and grounded in an understanding of our products & features. We measure our success by our ability to develop relevant positioning and messaging, innovative demos that bring our product use cases to life and drive sales pipeline and customer adoption. You will work cross‑functionally with product teams, marketing teams, sales teams, developers, designers, and more.

Responsibilities & Impact

• Design, build, and manage delivery of keynote demos for external events (Connections, Dreamforce, World Tours) and internal events (Company Kickoffs, executive presentations).
• Develop detailed explainer demo videos to effectively communicate the value and functionality of our platform and strategic launches.
• Improve the technical content for new agentic marketing concepts to help our customers, partners, and internal teams understand and trust our products. This includes creating technical explainers, blogs, whitepapers, and other deep technical content.
• Partner with product management and product marketing to understand product strategy and roadmaps, distill key functionality and value into core product positioning and messaging.
• Bring our Marketing Cloud product roadmap to life in launches, new releases, content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement.
• Partner closely with campaigns, solution engineering, and other product marketers and drive cross‑functional alignment on programs to drive pipeline and customer adoption.
• Keep current with technology trends and incorporate emerging technologies into our keynotes and demos.

Compensation

In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. For New‑York‑based roles, the base salary hiring range is $193,800 to $281,100. For California‑based roles, the base salary hiring range is $193,800 to $281,100.
