Senior Digital Product Manager

Description

The Senior Product Manager, Digital works independently to manage complex digital product lifecycles, including product vision and strategy, go-to-market plans, development, positioning, launch and messaging. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert in digital experience for the Mobile and Online banking channels including acquisition, authentication, account management, money movement, and marketing engagement.

Job Duties

• Establish and drive digital product vision and strategy, including go-to-market plans, positioning and messaging.
• Build, manage, and prioritize an actionable product roadmap to support organizational goals and strategies, in collaboration with other product managers, business partners, and third-party vendors.
• Lead internal partnerships with scrum and engineering teams to ensure frictionless end to end release management while keeping member impact and experience as a priority.
• Proactively lead discussions both internally and externally, working closely with, IT, legal, risk, and compliance partners to drive consensus and solve for complex scenarios.
• Establish, monitor and measure KPIs to drive product success and data driven decisioning.
• Mentor other Product Managers on a day-to-day basis.

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR : $123k - $137k annually + annual bonus
