Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and design individualized therapy strategies that foster achievement of their goals
• Implement Therapeutic Procedures: Employ evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor function, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in concert with other therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide thorough, patient-centered care
• Guide Patients and Families: Inform patients and caregivers about therapeutic methods to support ongoing development at home
• Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on their recovery path

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and nurtured

Certifications

• Current OTR license
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
