GUARANTEE : 36 hrs / wk

ASSIGNMENT LENGTH : 12 wks

REQUESTED EXPERIENCE :

1+ yrs in SNF setting preferred

STAFF :

2 full time PTAs, 3 PRN PTAs, 2 full time PTs, 2 PRN PTs

EMR : NETHEALTH

CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING :

8 daily treatments; this may vary if there are new evals during a given day

85% productivity expectation

SCHEDULE :

Typically Mon-Fri 8a-5p
