Bolo, Philadelphia’s newest Latin American dining room and rum bar nestled in Rittenhouse Square, boasts an expansive menu of traditional and imaginative takes on Latin American and Caribbean cuisine. From acclaimed Chef Yun Fuentes, the bi-level, ültra-colorful restaurant and bar transports guests through food, beverage, design, and atmosphere to the islands, specifically Puerto Rico, home to Fuentes and grandfather Juan “Don Johnny” Fuentes of whom Bolo is inspired by and named after. In addition to the creative, expertly-curated dinner menu, Bolo boasts a full rum-focused bar program with variety of classic and signature cocktails, craft beer, and more.

The Host / Hostess ensures guests have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they enter until they leave. You are the face and voice of Bolo, setting the tone for an extraordinary experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage the Resy reservation system and walk-ins.
• Coordinate table assignments to maximize flow and guest satisfaction.
• Liaise with the service team to accommodate guest needs.
• Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
