California Licensed Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Develop, evaluate, coordinate, implement, and monitor Payment Integrity initiatives

Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with health plan goals

Oversee project performance and drive improvements in operational processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

3 years of healthcare experience in project coordination and operations analysis

3 years of experience with performance improvement and organizational change tools

3 years of change management experience

Experience in Six Sigma and / or Lean methodology
