Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech with experience in interventional procedures to join our high-volume Cardiac Interventional Center of Excellence. This role involves performing a variety of cardiac catheterization procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort during diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain equipment in the Cath lab
  • Perform EKG lead placement and prep access sites
  • Scrub procedures to maintain a sterile field
  • Monitor patients and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias
  • Assist with various cardiac procedures, including PCI, IABP, and TAVR
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care

    • Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • 2 years of recent Cath Lab / Interventional scrubbing experience
  • Certifications : BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R, and / or RCIS preferred
  • Experience with GE Healthcare systems such as Innova IGS is preferred
  • Community hospital experience is preferred
