The Lead, Field AI Strategy opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedLead of Field AI Strategy within the Office of the CRO. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CRO, this person will own and drive our Field AI roadmap - sourcing high-impact use cases from within the Field, piloting solutions, and scaling those that deliver measurable impact - and stand up / scale the Field "AI Center of Excellence" within the OCRO.Our ideal candidate combines the strategic vision of a product manager with the executional excellence of a program manager - with expertise in Go-to-Market teams.

What you'll be doing

• Shape our Field AI Strategy : Define our strategy and prioritized roadmap to improve field productivity and customer experience through the use of AI

Stand up the Field 'AI Center of Excellence' within the Office of the CRO, which will act as central hub and driver of Field AI roadmap (with use cases by user group)

Responsible for defining scope, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring the program is delivered on time and within budget

Act as the central hub and connector between Field COE and end-user groups, and with central teams (Corporate AI strategy, Business Technology, GTM Strategy & Ops)

The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between : $162,000—$242,000 USD

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between : $144,000—$216,000 USD
