Looking for a High Performance, Self Starting, Proposals & Sales Support person excited about personal and professional growth!

The Proposals & Sales Support person shall be an integral member of the Sales & Marketing Team.

Goals and Objectives include :

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Create and maintain Proposals & Proposal Log
• Prioritize responses & activity
• Maintain a reminder system for the other team members of important bids and proposals
• Coordinate Handover process between Sales and Operations
• Review Bid Services daily for additional sales opportunities
• Roles and Responsibilities are based on Experience

Key Qualifications and Skills :

Industrial Shadeports is a full line manufacturer of Shade Structures and Shade Sails for the Municipal, Institutional, and Commercial markets. We are also a Certified General Contractor and self perform all aspects of design, manufacture, supply, installation, maintenance, repair and replacement in our Fort Lauderdale facility. We do not have a showroom or sell direct to the public. We only perform contracting work for our own structures.
