What the Day Will Look Like

APRM delivers bespoke personal insurance solutions for high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and families. This position reports to the President of APRM.

Strategic Growth Leadership

• Develop and execute a national growth strategy aligned with APRM’s vision and financial targets.
• Drive quarterly and annual new business revenue goals across all regions.
• Champion APRM’s presence in the high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth segments.

Referral & Partner Network Expansion

Sales Culture & Enablement

Data‑Driven Strategy & Forecasting

Marketing & Brand Elevation

Carrier & Solution Line Collaboration

Skills and Experience for Success

Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; business, risk management, or insurance‑related curriculum preferred.

Salary and Incentives

Salary Range : $200,000 to $325,000 annually, varying by education, experience, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and Aon’s incentive plan.
