Overview

Senior Care Sales & Community Ambassador

Base pay range : $70,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr. Benefits and additional compensation are listed below.

Responsibilities

  • Grow referral sources : hospitals, physicians, assisted living, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, senior centers, and community organizations.
  • Conduct all phases of consultative sales : cold calls, follow-ups, client visits, and recommendations.
  • Track leads and referrals in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with Care Coordinator / Scheduling Supervisor to place caregivers with new clients.
  • Meet / exceed monthly referral and new client goals.
  • Develop co-marketing opportunities with senior-focused businesses.
  • Partner with SEO / social media teams to maximize lead generation.
  • Conduct formal group presentations and maintain referral provider relationships.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales, activities, and outcomes.

About the Role

The Community Relations Liaison builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral partners to grow referral volume, client hours, and caregiver retention. This role promotes Talem Home Care & Placement Services, focusing on developing referral networks within healthcare, senior care, and community organizations. Success requires empathy, consultative sales skills, and comfort meeting families in their homes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; bachelors in Marketing, Public Relations, or healthcare preferred.
  • 23 years in marketing, sales, or healthcare relationship management.
  • Home Care, Home Health, or Hospice experience a plus.
  • Valid Colorado drivers license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.

  • Knowledge of senior care services and resources.
  • Organized, data-driven, and comfortable with CRM tools.
  • Team-oriented with ability to work independently in the field.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary : $70,000 $90,000 + commissions.

  • Full-time, MondayFriday, 8 AM4 PM. (Flex schedule as needed)
  • Travel within Broomfield, CO territory (not remote).
