Position Overview : The Outside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving growth for JR&CO by generating exciting new business opportunities and nurturing ongoing revenue streams.

JR & Co. Residential department is a newer department earning rapid growth and booking over $14,000,000 in sales in 2024. The Sales leadership team has over 50 years of field experience, with proven experience and strategy in earning sales, opening new markets and developing our team members. We will book $40,000,000 in the coming years. Were looking for driven individuals who are adaptable, motivated, and ready to contribute to our ongoing growth.
