The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and skills to support cardiovascular surgeries and ensure the highest standards of care. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room for cardiovascular surgeries. Handle, maintain, and operate surgical instruments and equipment safely. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Monitor patients' conditions and assist with patient positioning and safety in the operating room. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure A minimum of 18 months recent CVOR Tech / Surgical Assistant experience is required, with documented vascular surgery experience. Must have 18 months of permanent CVOR Tech / Surgical Assistant experience prior to travel assignments. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments must be completed during orientation, with acceptable scores required. One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required for submission. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Why ARMStaffing?
