JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE : SENIOR SHIFT SUPERVISOR

FLSA : NON-EXEMPT

DEPARTMENT : HOUSING AND SERVICES – SECURITY

LOCATION : WHITE PLAINS

REPORTS TO : SECURITY MANAGER

SALARY : $40,000.00 - $50,000.00

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide supervision and training to Client Care Monitors, and Shift Supervisors to ensure that they are

equipped to perform their duties effectively.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

Ability to solve problems; ability to make decisions based on factual information a must. Shift Supervisor must have

knowledge of public transportation system. A home phone number is mandatory. Must be flexible on days and

hours of availability.
