Position Summary :

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join our restoration team in Waco, TX. The technician will be responsible for performing cleaning, water, fire, and mold restoration services in residential and commercial properties. This role involves hands-on work in cleaning, demolition, and restoration, ensuring damaged properties are returned to their pre-loss condition efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, construction, or janitorial work preferred.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in various environmental conditions.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.

Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for emergency response.
