About The Position

Job Title : Interventional Radiology Technologist

Profession : Rad Tech

Specialty : Neuroendovascular

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 4x10

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience :

1 year of IR and Neuro Endovascular experience preferred.

License :

CT Radiographer license.

Certifications : ARRT certification.

RT(R).

BLS (AHA).

Must-Have :

Neuroendovascular experience.

IR and Neuro Endovascular experience.

Description :

The Interventional Radiology Technologist will perform procedures in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient care.

The department consists of three procedural rooms.

The expected ratio of patients to technologists is one patient per technologist per procedure.

The caseload consists of 10-20 cases per day.

Rotating evening, weekend, and holiday on-call requirements are expected.

On-call hours begin at 5 : 30 PM during the week.

The ideal candidate will possess strong neurointerventional experience.

Candidates should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and the capacity to handle challenging situations are essential.
