Job Summary and Responsibilities CHI St. Alexius Health Williston is recruiting for an Emergency Medicine APP to join their team. Essential Areas of Responsibility - Provide care to patients of all ages - children to geriatrics - Emergency Room consults, triage and medical care - Round, admit and manage health needs of patients with a significant range of complex and co-morbiddisease conditions - Manages all inpatient care and provides prompt attention to all patients admitted to the hospital, including diagnosis, treatment, and the performance of medical procedures (within your scope of practice) - Collaborate and coordinate patient care with physicians, nursing, health carepersonnel, and care team members for patients in the hospital and ER - Employing quality and process improvement practices to make the hospital a safer place and improve patient outcomes - Three 12 hour shifts per week We offer a robust compensation packageswhich includes : -A base salary with a variety of recruiting incentives - Quality incentives - Paid relocation - An excellent benefit package comprised of matching 403b, medical, dental and vision insurance, paid professional liability insurance, and much more Responsibilities Patient Care : Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
