Healthcare Recruiter

A company is looking for a Recruiter I to assist in scaling their clinical hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 20-25 Zoom-based screening calls per day with inbound candidates, primarily RNs

Assess key fit criteria including licensure, availability, and baseline qualifications

Schedule same-day or next-day interviews with Senior Recruiters and collaborate with senior team members to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or both)

Able to thrive in a high-output, high-ownership work environment

Strong professional judgment to identify red flags or alignment issues quickly

Ambitious to grow and eager to learn

Ability to adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment
