Benefits Administrator
LHH is actively looking for a Benefits Administrator to support our client's HR team in the Houston area during the open enrollment season. This contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in benefits administration, HRIS systems, and employee support.
Position Details
- Job Title : Benefits Administrator
- Location : Houston, Texas (On-site or Hybrid options may be available)
- Job Type : Contract / Temporary
- Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
- Pay Rate : $24.00 - $30.00 / hr (Depending on Experience)
About the Role
As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the employee benefits enrollment process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery. You'll work closely with HR teams and employees to process benefit elections, resolve issues, and maintain data integrity across platforms.
