Reno Staffing is looking for Machine Operators for a Organic Tea Manufacturer in the Sparks area!

This is a great temp to hire position with opportunity for paid holidays, PTO and health insurance upon conversion. Bus line accessible and in town! Work for a company that values their employees and treats them like family.

Shift : Monday – Friday 6 : 00 a.m. – 2 : 30 p.m.

Pay : $14 / hr. (Hire after 90 days)

Location : Sparks, NV

Summary :

Operating tea machine at a fast pace while following good manufacturing practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Other duties may be assigned.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production line environment.
• Ability to climb step ladder and go up lift frequently. Must have awareness of heights and balance.
• Regular stooping, kneeling, climbing, bending at the waist, reaching, and handling.
• Basic computer skills.
• Maintain and follow sanitation procedures.
• Manually pack units of bulk tea or teabags / boxes, and packages into shipping cases, seal and tape boxes as required. Assist in machine setup and cleaning. May operate machinery to produce finished products.
• Work in an environment that is dusty and be able to work on feet for duration of shift.
