HiFyve is hiring a Production Supervisor in the food and beverage manufacturing industry in Richmond, IN!
Salary : $70,000–$80,000 / year + 5% bonus
Shift : Night Shift, 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM on a 3-2-2-3 rotating schedule (includes every other weekend off)
Location : Richmond, IN

Job Summary :
Join a fast-growing union facility specializing in ESL dairy and beverage products. We’re seeking a night shift Production Supervisor to lead a team of 40 and ensure safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and schedule production staff to ensure daily operational goals are achieved
- Oversee activities such as pasteurization, mixing, aseptic filling, cooling, and packaging
- Ensure equipment is running efficiently, properly sanitized, and safe for use
- Lead safety initiatives and ensure all team members follow proper safety procedures
- Maintain food safety and quality standards including sanitation and HACCP compliance
- Coordinate production runs to meet customer demand, material staging, and labor planning
- Promote team development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
- Administer policies, work rules, and union contract provisions fairly and consistently
- Investigate safety incidents and ensure timely reporting to HR
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate goals and updates to the production team
Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred2+ years of experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing2+ years of supervisory or leadership experienceExperience in sanitation, HACCP, or food safety programs required (especially for night shift)Aseptic processing knowledge is a strong plusKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
