Superintendent - Tilt up, Commercial Construction

Position Overview

A Tilt Up Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the construction of commercial buildings using the tilt up method. This includes coordinating with various subcontractors, managing the project timeline, and ensuring quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the construction process, from pre-construction to final completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project specifications
• Monitor the project budget and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Communicate with project owners and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
• Manage and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work is completed to high standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
