As an In-Store Merchandising Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting retailers and enriching shopper experiences. Your tasks will include creating attractive displays, resetting shelf layouts with proper product rotation, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to maximize sales potential. About You :

  • You are comfortable engaging with customers and management in a warm, enthusiastic, and approachable way
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You can handle physical tasks such as moving, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • You have reliable transportation to reach your work location
  • You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
  • You are a motivated self-starter with a strong drive for results
  • You can work independently, but also thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • You prioritize safety in your work, especially in a retail setting
