Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage invoicing, receivables, and collections to maintain steady cash flow.
  • Process vendor invoices with precision, ensuring proper approvals, 3-way match validation, and timely payments.
  • Perform regular AR / AP reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ERP data (experience with Acumatica a plus).
  • Oversee fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules in compliance with company policy.
  • Reconcile bank, vendor, and general ledger accounts to ensure statements are audit-ready.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing AR / AP, general ledger, and month-end close.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Acumatica preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
