Job description

A company is looking for an Online Community Manager to engage with its community and drive political impact.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the community platform, including onboarding, moderation, and member support
Coordinate live events and develop educational courses to enhance community engagement
Collaborate with marketing teams to attract new members and drive community growth

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in mission-driven organizations

Proven experience managing a community of at least 3,000 members

Ability to drive conversions from community engagement to product adoption

Experience with community platforms, CRMs, and project management tools

Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven growth strategies
