ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a CSR with the Trey Garcia Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

Assist clients with policy changes and updates.

Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Previous customer service experience preferred.
