Responsibilities :

• Accurately register patients by inputting their demographic and insurance details into the system.
• Process and enter charge information related to radiology services with precision.
• Conduct batch reconciliation audits to verify data accuracy and ensure completeness.
• Post charges and finalize batches before moving on to subsequent tasks.
• Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) using systems like athenahealth.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Uphold confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive patient information.
• Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct any discrepancies in data entry.
• Generate reports as needed to support internal auditing and administrative processes.
