As a Maintenance Technician at EVCO Plastics, you will be expected to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting repairs, and coordinating with production to minimize downtime. You will also maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assist in implementing improvements based on observations. Your schedule will primarily be during the 2nd Shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility is important, as occasional overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production demands.
