Clinical Dietitian

Location : Houston, TX

Pay Rate : $39 / hr

Shift : Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Clinical Dietitian. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing individualized care plans, and delivering patient and family education to support optimal clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nutritional care plans for patients.
• Provide age-appropriate nutritional assessments for all patients identified at nutritional risk, including diabetes management and education per established guidelines.
• Adapt nutrition plans to meet patients' economic, social, cultural, and age-specific needs.
• Reassess patients at appropriate intervals and adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide age-appropriate education to support nutritional care plans.
• Assess learning needs and readiness to learn for patients and families.
• Participate in the development and review of educational materials and departmental resources to meet the needs of the populations served.
