Production Inventory Coordinator, Facilities - Miami
The purpose of this position is to ensure the correct virtual and physical inventory levels of all Production Cabinet Shop stock (e.g., raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods) ensure that all millwork and cabinetry orders are correctly and appropriately fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner to the corresponding retail, warehouse, and / or office location. Responsibilities include :
- The accurate and timely shipping and receiving of production materials (e.g., finished goods, raw materials, operating supplies, and non-stocks).
- Accurately inputting and maintaining correct virtual inventory in SAP.
- Initiating and assisting with cost saving initiatives related to the shipment of millwork and cabinetry products.
Required Qualifications

2 years warehouse / production shop experienceKnowledge of methods for assembly (e.g., building cabinets), packaging, and shippingKnowledge of workflow managementKnowledge of production operationsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
