Total Compensation : Average Base + Commission = $130K+ annually
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing store managers and staff.
- Cultivate a motivating environment through coaching, performance evaluations, and ongoing feedback.
- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers, helping them meet and exceed sales and operational targets.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning across your district.
Sales & Customer Engagement
Drive sales growth across all stores within your district, consistently meeting or surpassing targets.Promote a customer-first culture, ensuring high satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.Support store managers in implementing effective upselling, cross-selling, and account activation strategies.Lead weekly meetings to set sales goals, review performance, and motivate teams.Operational Excellence
Ensure all stores adhere to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures.Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and POS accuracy.Monitor store performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.Conduct regular store visits to evaluate cleanliness, operational efficiency, and staff performance.Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge is acceptable. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to :Associate or bachelor’s degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management.3+ years’ experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred)Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goalsProven success in leading multiple retail locations and achieving sales goals.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysReliable transportation and willingness to travel within the district, including overnight stays.Skills & Attributes
