Delivery Advisor [EV | Automotive | Central | Up to $4,500]

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best practices for vehicle delivery in collaboration with the Sales team
• Maintain accurate and timely delivery records in the CRM system
• Manage documentation and prerequisites for vehicle registration
• Coordinate pre-delivery and delivery paperwork with Sales and Operations teams
• Prepare customer loan and registration documents to support successful delivery appointments
• Host delivery appointments and conduct personalized new owner orientations
• Ensure compliance through accurate record keeping and form generation
• Support the Sales Manager in daily delivery center operations and customer service excellence
