Job description

Title : Analyst I

Pay Rate : $30 / hr

Location : North Canton, OH

Schedule : M-F, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm Hybrid (2 days in office)

  • Contract with possibility for hire

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced knowledge in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Prior internship or coursework related to business analysis is a plus.
  • Experience in data collection and reporting systems such as Oracle BI Analytics and Power BI or similar reporting platforms.

    • Responsibilities :

    The successful candidate will assist in the analysis of business processes, data, and requirements, contributing to the development of effective solutions for our organization. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of business analysis and work closely with experienced professionals.

    Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear and concise documentation.
  • Data Analysis : Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business needs.
  • Process Documentation : Document existing business processes, workflows, and procedures, and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication : Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
  • Documentation : Maintain project documentation, including requirements, project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Problem Solving : Assist in identifying and resolving business issues by proposing innovative solutions and alternatives.
  • Research : Conduct research on industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to the team.
