As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the outreach and community engagement activities for the hospital. We are looking for a well-rounded marketing professional that is self-driven, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is well versed in digital marketing, and eager to take on new challenges. The marketing coordinator will work to manage our reputation with the community while also impacting future growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and grow Fetch’s relationships with the local veterinary community : Spend time visiting referring hospitals, building strong connections with veterinary teams, gathering feedback, and ensuring Fetch remains their trusted partner for specialty and emergency care.
• Support marketing campaigns : Assist in the planning and execution of both online and offline campaigns to raise awareness of Fetch’s services and specialties.
• Social media management : Partner with the Marketing Director to create engaging content, respond to followers, and track performance metrics across social platforms.
• Community events & outreach : Coordinate promotional events and outreach initiatives to connect with local pet owners and veterinary professionals.
• Marketing materials : Work with the design and communications teams to develop eye-catching brochures, flyers, and digital content.
• Performance tracking : Monitor the success of marketing initiatives and recommend adjustments based on data and feedback.
• Vendor relationships : Maintain partnerships with external vendors (such as graphic designers and print services) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of materials.
• Stay current : Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing best practices to keep Fetch’s strategies fresh and effective.
